Our school embraces a blended learning model. Sixth grade introduces more specialized subjects and higher expectations while supporting each student's growth.
Analysis of fiction and nonfiction, vocabulary development, and structured writing. Students learn to support claims with evidence.
Ratios, proportions, expressions and equations, and geometry. Problem-solving and mathematical reasoning are emphasized.
Earth and space science, life science, and physical science with labs and scientific method.
World geography and ancient civilizations. Students make connections to current events and global perspectives.
