Pre-K4 is designed to ensure a smooth transition to Kindergarten. The American curriculum framework guides our approach to literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
Phonemic awareness, letter-sound correspondence, and sight words are introduced. Children begin to recognize words and understand that print carries meaning.
Counting to higher numbers, basic addition and subtraction concepts, and understanding quantity. Math is taught through manipulatives and real-world contexts.
Fine motor practice through tracing, drawing, and early writing. Children learn to write their name and simple words with support.
We focus on following directions, working in groups, and building the attention and independence needed for a successful start in Kindergarten.
